Jeffrey M. “Jeff” Klemp, 63, of West Bend, passed away on March 13, 2024, at his home.
Jeff was born on January 16, 1961, the son of Donald and Dolores (nee Drzewiecki) Klemp. In loving memory of a cherished soul, whose hands shaped wood into art and life into memories. A craftsman in the truest sense, he built not just workbenches and decks, but a legacy of skill and dedication. His showcases and picture frames stand as testament to his attention to detail and his love for creating.
A hunter at heart, he found solace in the quiet woods, the patience of fishing, and the thrill of the chase. Whether with bow or rifle, he respected the wilderness and its creatures, taking only what he needed and leaving behind gratitude.
His life was a tapestry of outdoor tales and the warmth of handcrafted gifts. He leaves behind a world more beautiful for his touch and a memory etched in the hearts of all who knew him. May his spirit find the peace in the great beyond that he found in the stillness of nature.
Those Jeff leaves behind to cherish his memory include two daughters, Sierra Thisted-Klemp and Erin Thisted-Klemp; a granddaughter, Gianna Dison, as well as another on the way; his brothers and sisters, Linda Torres, Kenneth Klemp, Keith Klemp, Kathi Watry, Cindy Klemp and Kevin Klemp; his mother, Dolores Klemp; other relatives and friends.
Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Donald Klemp; and a brother, Duane Klemp.
In honor of Jeff’s wishes, private family services will be held.
